Mandy Youssef

Mandy Youssef is a Multi-Award-winning Associate Engineer, who leads an array of talented Engineers within our London office and co-creator of our Graduate Program.

Mandy has worked on wide range of projects throughout the UK, ranging from complex artistic residential developments, shopping center’s, hospitals, and transport infrastructure as well as 2022 City building of the year.

Her work includes public developments such as hospitals and railway stations as well as private developments and multinational company workspaces and hotels. As part of her role, Mandy provides bespoke fire strategies tailored to her clients’ building needs whilst providing in-depth solutions and support throughout project development and construction.

Land mark projects include ‘The Minories’, Waterloo station, Natural History Museum as well as the  ‘Royal Marsden Cancer Centre’. Mandy is currently working towards her Charted status.

Alongside her day-to-day duties, Mandy is our Talent Development Lead, she is responsible for our internal career development training programs, as well as nurturing and empowering both internal and external talents within the industry.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Mandy enjoys pursuing various hobbies and can often be found at the gym, and or engaging in physical activities that promote a healthy body and mind. Mandy is also an avid traveller, always seeking new destinations and cultural experiences to fuel her curiosity and creativity.
