The Rubrics Building – Trinity College

BB7 have recently been appointed as the fire consultants for renovation works of the Rubrics Building on Trinity College’s campus.

The Rubrics building is the oldest building within Trinity College and the sole remaining building from the original college square. Construction of the building was completed circa 1700 and has always served as on-campus accommodation for both scholars and students. The College has since approved a scheme for its redevelopment in an effort to bring it to current building regulations and allow for a greater capacity of housing.
