Graduate

Our new and improved Graduate onboarding will include the following modules:

Module 1 – BB7 Best Practice – alignment to the BB7 method of working.

Module 2 – Consultancy – becoming the best consultant you can be.

Module 3-6 – Technical – Covering Fire Design, Construction Knowledge and Fire Assurance, Fire Risk Management, Engineering Principals and Fire Engineering.

Engineer

The significant differences between graduate level and engineer level are;

Projects
Engineers will manage their own projects with little to no support, following company processes ensuring smooth delivery.

Clients
Engineers will communicate with their clients independently.

Experience
2 to 5 years experience  across a range of sectors.

Work Ethic
Engineers display a positive work ethic, and offer support and guidance to those around them.

Senior Engineer

Seniors at BB7 have demonstrated professionalism, expertise in their discipline, coaching and mentoring abilities and excellent project management.

Experience
5 – 10 years and have demonstrated a sound understanding of standards, guidance, continual tracking of regulation and legislation changes and news in the industry.

Thought Leaders
Seniors are confident in contributing to professional discussion and such as the Professional Advisory Board.

Management
Seniors can manage teams ranging from 1 to 5 employees. Goal orientated but also professional and have integrity and display role model behaviours. A senior is able to win work, manage risks, make decisions, and deliver high quality work.

Associate

An associate is a technical expert in their field and excellent people manager.

Associates communicate directly into the leadership team and contribute to company changes, implementations, group learning and quality management.

Experience
Associates have at least 7 years’ experience, professional membership and have, at minimum, their application in process for Chartership (CEng)

Thought Leaders
Associates contribute to Professional Advisory Boards and facilitate senior days focusing on technical excellence and quality.

Associate Director

Our Associate Directors and Directors make up the BB7 leadership team, this team comprises of;

Chartered (CEng) professionals with 10+ years’ experience in the industry. The team’s knowledge base covers; Full sector and regional experience on projects, resource and project management experts, technical excellence contribution to the industry, standards and guidance experts, and quality and company brand experts.

Directors

Our directors’ qualifications are unrivalled. With chartership status and incredible experience behind them, they look to inspire the next generation of consultants.

Our leadership team contribute to technical excellence via the BB7 Professional Advisory Board meetings and to the wider industry via conferences and panels. They have the technical experience and expertise with the drive to lead large technical teams and make a different to the built environment.
